Flip Your Cup

The grounds need a moment to settle.
  1. Finish your Turkish coffee, leaving the grounds at the bottom.
  2. Place the saucer over the cup like a lid.
  3. Hold cup and saucer together, then flip upside down.
  4. Wait three to five minutes for the grounds to drip down the inside walls.
  5. Lift the cup. Photograph the inside.
